Terms & Conditions – Cricket Academy of Pathans Pune

To embark on your cricketing journey with The Cricket Academy of Pathans Pune, please adhere to the following guidelines for Registration:

1. Completion of Registration:

A non-refundable fee of ₹999 is applicable for registering in the CAP-Pune Scholarship Trials.
Upon selection in the trials, an additional fee of ₹4999 will be charged for participation in the Scholarship Matches.
These fees cover administrative, coaching, and match facilitation expenses and are mandatory to proceed further in the scholarship program.
Your registration will be considered complete only after it has been reviewed and confirmed by the CAP-Pune team. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful approval.

2. Accuracy of Information:

All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification or cancellation of your registration.

3. Compliance:

By registering, you agree to comply with all CAP-Pune policies, rules and regulations. This includes adherence to the Academy Guidelines.

4. Medical Clearance:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically fit to participate in cricket activities. CAP-Pune may require a medical fitness certificate as part of the registration process to confirm your eligibility for training and matches.

5. Parental Consent (For Minors):

For players under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent for registration and participation in CAP-Pune activities. The consent form must be signed and submitted along with the registration form.

6. Privacy & Data Protection:

Your personal information will be collected, stored and processed in accordance with CAP-Pune’s Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring secure transactions.

7. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment:

Cricket is a physically demanding sport that involves certain risks. CAP-Pune shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during training, matches, or other academy activities. Participants are encouraged to have appropriate personal insurance coverage.

8. Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Actions:

All participants must uphold the highest standards of discipline, sportsmanship and respect. Any violation of the CAP-Pune Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension or expulsion from the academy.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions:

CAP-Pune reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants. Continued participation will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

By submitting the registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary actions, including the cancellation of your registration.
