Refund and Cancellation Policy

At The Cricket Academy of Pathans Pune, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our participants. Please carefully review our refund and cancellation policy, as it governs all transactions made with our academy, including registration fees for coaching programs, events, and trials.

1. Registration Fee:

  • Non-Refundable Registration Fee: All registration fees paid to The Cricket Academy of Pathans Pune for coaching programs, trials, and events are non-refundable.
  • Once the registration is completed and payment has been processed, the fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances, even if the participant decides to withdraw or not attend.

2. Cancellation of Programs:

  • Academy-Cancelled Programs: In the rare event that a coaching session, trial, or event is cancelled by The Cricket Academy of Pathans Pune due to unavoidable circumstances (such as severe weather, trainer unavailability, or other emergencies), we will attempt to reschedule the event or program.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, we will offer a credit for the amount paid towards the cancelled program, which can be used for future sessions or events. No direct cash refunds will be issued.
  • Participant-Cancelled Programs: If a participant decides to cancel their participation in a program, session, or event before it starts, no refunds will be issued for the registration fee, as it is non-refundable.

3. Refund Requests (If Applicable):

  • Refund Requests: If the academy determines, under exceptional circumstances, that a refund may be applicable (e.g., medical emergencies or significant changes in the participant’s circumstances), a formal refund request must be submitted in writing to the academy’s management team at info@cricketacademyofpathanspune.in.
  • All refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refunds will be issued as a credit towards future programs, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

4. No-Show Policy:

  • Missed Sessions: If a participant fails to show up for a coaching session, trial, or event without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
  • If you are unable to attend a session, please inform the academy in advance to explore the possibility of rescheduling or making up for missed sessions.

5. Payment Confirmation:

  • Once a payment is made, a payment confirmation will be sent to the registered email. Please retain this confirmation for future reference. Any cancellation or refund requests will require the payment details for verification.

6. Changes to Programs or Events:

  • Program Changes: The Cricket Academy of Pathans Pune reserves the right to make changes to the structure, schedule, or format of coaching programs, events, and trials at any time.
  • No Refund for Changes: If a program or event is modified, and the participant can no longer attend due to timing or format changes, the participant will not be entitled to a refund.

7. Agreement to Policy:

  • By registering for any programs, events, or services with The Cricket Academy of Pathans Pune, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
